Masterplang ''Am Sand'' - Competitive dialogue

The Commune of Niederanven hereby informs its residents that the competitive dialogue for the development of the Masterplang ''Am Sand'', aimed at architects and urban planners, will be published on Friday 28 November 2025 on the Portail des marchés publics of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
The competition aims to develop a comprehensive urban concept for the center ''Am Sand'' in Niederanven. The objective is to create a master plan that combines quality public spaces, diversity of use, ecological efficiency and sustainable mobility. The transformation must be gradual and achievable by 2050, in order to turn the center into a mixed-use, functional and well-structured area.
