On Saturday, 20 September 2025, the Commune of Niederanven will be hosting the individual time trial of the Škoda Tour de Luxembourg. On this page, you will find all the information on this major sporting event.
Visitors can easily reach the Škoda Tour de Luxembourg via a shuttle bus departing from the Parc d’Activité Syrdall.
Boarding is possible at all bus stops within the industrial zone.
The drop-off point is located near Pianos Kelly, right next to the start/finish area.
The shuttle runs continuously from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM in a loop, allowing flexible arrival and departure at any time.

As part of the organisation of the sporting event “Skoda Tour de Luxembourg” (4th stage), bus service disruptions are expected within the territory of the Commune of Niederanven.

We would also like to inform you that the Citybus Niederanven will not operate within the commune on Saturday, 20 September 2025.
For many years, the organisers of the Škoda Tour de Luxembourg have paid particular attention to the safety of all participants, especially the riders.
It is strictly forbidden to ride against the direction of the race. The roads will be closed in both directions approximately 10 minutes before the race passes, signalled by the ‘Red Flag’ vehicle. They will be reopened to traffic after the ‘Green Flag’ vehicle at the end of the race has passed.
In certain sensitive sections, such as descents, access in the opposite direction will be blocked earlier in order to prevent any risk.
To ensure that the event runs smoothly, the organisers appeal for the understanding and cooperation of all road users. It is essential to strictly follow the instructions of the police and marshals throughout the race.
Please note, that the Niederanven Citybus will not run through the Commune on September 20 due to the Škoda Tour de Luxembourg.
This year, the Škoda Tour de Luxembourg will feature a special Kids Stage – Spuerkeess Kannertribün, giving young cycling fans the chance to experience the race atmosphere up close!
The Spuerkeess Kannertribün offers children [6–12 years old] a safe and fun area with a great view of the finish line. The zone will be animated with activities to make the race day even more exciting for the youngest spectators. Participation is free of charge, but spaces are limited.
