The purpose of the amended communal regulations, voted on at the meeting of the Communal Council on 14 February 2025, is to grant a cost-of-living benefit to low-income households from 2025. This allowance will be paid automatically at the end of each year, on the basis of the annual statement from the National Solidarity Fund (FNS), which lists all the people living in the commune of Niederanven who have benefited from the cost-of-living benefit and the energy allowance for the current year.
The amount of the allowance granted by the commune is set at 50% of the allowance granted by the FNS.
This regulation takes effect from 1 January 2025 and replaces all previous regulations relating to it, namely the heating allowance, the communal cost-of-living benefit in relation to the salary, and the additional tax allowance.
