Forestry centre
The Forestry Centre is located in Senningerberg and is part of the East District of the country. It is attached to the Administration de la Nature et des Forêts. Its tasks include:
- the management and care of the forests of the communes of the East District
- the supervision of work carried out in privately owned forests
- the supervision of the implementation of legal provisions concerning the conservation of fauna and flora, as well as hunting
- the maintenance of forest roads and signposted footpaths, and the development, restoration and management of biotopes

Firewood request
Every year, from 15 January at 10 AM on, you can place your request for firewood by filling in the appropriate form.
Here is some information about ordering firewood:
- The maximum number of steres of firewood available for our commune will be announced a few days before the order form goes online
- Each household can order a maximum of 2 steres
- When placing your order, you will be able to choose the delivery date for the firewood
- The form will only be online as long as firewood is available. We therefore advise you to place your order as soon as the form goes online
