In April 2026, the Commune of Niederanven launched a large-scale initiative as part of its “Zesumme produzéieren” campaign. Through information cards, all households in the Commune whose homes are suitable for the installation of a photovoltaic system were contacted in writing.
In total, around 1,450 households were informed about a possible installation, with a system size individually adapted to the available roof surface of each house.
Households were also invited to an information meeting during which the project and the pre-financing model will be explained in detail. Companies will be present on site to provide direct advice.
Join this information meeting on 5 May 2026 at 7.00 PM, at the Centre polyvalent “A Schommesch”, and find out more!
Producing together - I take part!
Below you will find the information cards in four languages, which were previously sent to households in French and English.
Are you ready to start your photovoltaic installation project? The first step is to apply for a building permit with the Commune administration. You will find the relevant application form below.
Solar-Simulator is a practical tool that simulates my specific energy situation to determine the ideal size for my photovoltaic system and solar battery. Thanks to this simulation, I can:
- calculate the potential savings on your electricity costs
- assess your degree of energy self-sufficiency.
Solarisator also takes into account special energy requirements, such as a charging station for an electric car or a heat pump.
You can also customise the parameters according to your consumption habits and the specific characteristics of your home.

1) Pre-financing for solar photovoltaic systems
Through the pre-financing scheme for photovoltaic systems, the 'Klimabonus' subsidy will be deducted directly from the installer's final invoice. To benefit from the scheme, you must select an installer listed in the register of installers that are eligible for the pre-financing.
The application for aid under the pre-financing scheme must be filed by the installer on behalf of the beneficiary (not by the beneficiary themselves).

- Register of installers admitted to the photovoltaic pre-financing procedure
2) Commune subsidies
For technical installations promoting the use of renewable energy sources, the Commune financial aid for solar photovoltaic installations (<30 kWp) amounts to 50% of the financial aid (including the bonus) granted by the State.
