Invitation – Visit to the SIDOR waste incineration plant in Leudelange

Departure: 9:00 a.m. at the Centre Loisirs “Loisi” in Sand, Oberanven

We warmly invite you to an exciting visit to the SIDOR waste incineration plant in Leudelange. This activity offers a unique opportunity to learn more about waste treatment and discover how our commune can contribute to a more sustainable future.

Programme
• Bus ride with explanations
During the ride, Jeannot Schroeder, Climate Pact officer of the municipality of Niederanven, will provide information on the new fee regulations and circular strategies to reduce waste.

• Visit at SIDOR (around 10:00 a.m.)
Insight into the incineration process and the plant’s operations.
Important: Safety shoes are mandatory due to stairs and walkways. Helmets will be provided on site.

• Lunch (around 12:00 p.m.)
A delicious anti-waste lunch served by the nature team at Loisi.
